Default Card adapter for Bluetooth headset

    Hi!

I seem to remember reading recently that someone has come out with a card that goes in the slot on the 600 to adapt the phone to a Bluetooth headset.

Is anyone familiar with this? I am interested in learning more. I cannot for the life of me remember where I read about it and I cannot seem to find anything about it.

Any/all info would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanx!
    Al

Default Cardo Scala Bluetooth for Treo 600

I haven't seen a card that enables Bluetooth (there might be one, just never came across it). Check out the Cardo Scala. That's the only Bluetooth headset I've seen for the Treo 600.

Chris, do you own this unit and have you had good experience with it? Curious for your input/feedback on:

    1. ACTUAL Battery life for Talk Time

    2. Volume level and quality for you... I have always had issues talking while driving with my window(s) open. Sometimes I can't hear...curious if their "WindGuard technology" is for real or not.

    3. Volume level and quality for the person on the other end. I have always had issues with my ear-bud-style piece when I am driving my truck with the window open (heck, it's worse w/just using the treo normally!). People can't hear a thing I'm saying causing me to roll up my windows on a beautiful summer day...

    4. Clunki-ness factor? Not sure how the treo-unit stays connected (or comes on/off easily?) as I typically keep my treo in my pocket...I would think this unit makes that tough?

    5. Car holder/carrier. I have a universal holder that my Treo sits in while driving...does the BlueTooth unit _have_ to be attached to the back of the Treo? This would make it not fit in my car carrier...

    6. Any other items good/bad you may have noticed...

The unit looks very cool, appreciate any feedback you have.

    Thanks!

    Greetings,

Being new to this particular forum, could you provide some updated comparative info or direct me to a discussion thread on any existing aftermarket Bluetooth adaptors for the 600?

The only headset adaptors I've seen as currently being compatable with the 600 are the aforementioned Cardo Scala and the Jabra A210 unit adaptor.

Am I correct to assume that there is no bona fide Bluetooth SD card type yet available?

I'm trying to get a wireless headset/data interface as a gift for a colleague currently using a model 600.

Those are the only adapters I'm aware of and there is no Bluetooth SD card that works with the Treo 600.
