    is there any way to change a cdma treo to gsm? what internal component do I need to change to make it gsm? Is it even possible?

    I don't believe it's possible without rebuilding pretty much the entire Treo. You would need to swap out the radio (CDMA and GSM are different) and add a sim card slot.

    I'm looking to do an even exchange for a cdma treo. No need to change any internal component.
