Converting PhoneCallDB.pdb file

Tried this one last week but the typo in the title may have thrown you guys off so I'll try to repost with the correct title this time.

I have tried a number of utilities that claim to convert .pdb files to .csv or .txt or even, in one case, Access .MDB files and nothing seems to work. All I get out of them is pretty much grabage.

I am specifically looking to convert the PhoneCallDB.pdb file into a format I can import into Excel. Are there any utilities that you folks know of that allows me to do this?

Yes ! It is simple, but freeware (.pdb to .xls). You can download it from includetv.com.
