I've been told twice by Verizon customer service that I can't use Mobile Web with my Treo (but it's a 650). Please tell me what it took to set up Mobile Web! I would love to get that for the $5/month, just like I used to be able to do with my last two cheap phones, but can't seem to arrange with my Treo!
If you could give me an idea of how you made it work on your Treo 600, I'd be very grateful!!
Thks.

For example:
1) Mistatement: "Mobile Web by VZW with MSN cannot be used with the Treo 600 or any of the data PDAs" (I was told this after calling and asking to speak to an "expert" on the Treo)
Actually: You can add Mobile web to a family share plan for $4.95 monthly and use it to surf the web after 9 on weekdays and on weekends without using up minutes. The speed is relatively slow, but the price is right.
2) Mistatement: "You need to subscribe to Picture Messaging to be able to download pictures onto your computer from your Treo" (My salesperson at the store told me this.)
Actually: Synchronization automatically downloads all your saved pictures onto your computer, without any involvement of Verizon. Picture messaging would allow you to send a picture from the Treo to another camera phone.
3) Mistatement: "You need to buy the "Essential package" for the LG VX3200 at $50 to use this phone, which comes free with the purchase of a Treo (in a current promotion)"
Actually: save your money and buy a car charger on EBay
