Yesturday I installed the Sprint 1.20 update for my Treo 600 and it messed everything up. The instructions told me to turn off any 3rd party backup systems (I use backupbuddy). So I did. Well, the only files that hotsync backed up was phone numbers, memos, datebook... it had none of my pictures, none of my ringtones, and none of my prior settings and options. When I installed the update, it had to delete all my files on the Treo. When I synched it again to put everything back on it, all it gave me was what I mentioned. I think if I would have had backupbuddy running, I probably would have been able to keep all my settings etc... Has anyone else had this problem... I mean, I configured all my settings back to how I want them, but I would like to put the pictures and ringtones back on there without purchising them again.
