Yes, I've only had my Treo about a month. Today I finished a call went to
hang up and the phone just hung period. I did a soft reset - no response - did a hard reset and it went black. I plugged it into my computer and it did not recognize the phone - so I called Verizon. They gave me a number and the tech support guy is sending me a new one in the morning. This is my second replacement - the first one I got not more than two months ago but I got no rings when roaming - they replaced the phone. Hopefully this phone will be better.
