Help !!!!!

This is by far the worst and most unreliable phone I've ever had. I've gone through SIX "replacement" (actually refurbished) phones in an 8 month period, each one seemingly worse than the last. This morning, without warning and for no apparent reason, ALL of my information in my treo600 was gone. Phone numbers, important dates to remember, well I could go on forever. I heard about the lawsuit recently filed against Palm, but has any decision been made regarding it? I know sometimes companies like to keep these things on the "down low." Do you have any suggestions on how I could get a new phone, my money back, or even an upgrade to a 650 or 700 (that being my worst option)? All other defects, such as a frozen screen, I could essentially deal with, but now that all of my irreplaceable information is long gone, I feel as though I am owed a new...something....... anything! **PLEASE HELP ME!!*** rsiegel@radford.edu
