Default Help For The Technically(Hotsync) Challenged.

Hello from Atlanta, GA.

When performing a Hotsync between my Treo 600 and desktop computer, I'm aware that all of my Addresses, Memos, and Calender data are backed up and recorded on my Palm desktop. However, I have this neat program called SPLASH ID and SPLASH Money that came with this Ebay purchased smartphone. How does one copy data from this program onto their desktop, so it may be readily accessed?? Palm Desktop does not seem to have an accessible record of this data on my desktop, when I look for it. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Default splash ID/Money

dumb question -- did the software not come with a cd to be able to load it onto your computer? I see on the website that you can download it from there - but you have to pay for it.... I would think that if you load it on the computer it will hotsync to the handheld... don't mind me tho, I'm really new to these....

Default Thanks! Pretty simple huh.

I'll check back on the Palm website. I didn't get a CD for SPLASHID, because I purchased the phone on Ebay. When I received the phone it was already loaded on the phone system (along with SPLASH Money). I suppose I'll have to invest in the software myself, in order to get the CD to hotsync the program data?

I'd like to have the data on my desktop, in a nice, secure, but easily retrievable format.

Thanks for the response.
