WARNING!! besure when you do your first sync after your hard reset you set hot sync manager for pc to over write handheld and you will have all the info back.....wait you may have your password back too so be sure not to sync the password.

Just trying to learn and talk at the same time here.
Hot sync puts it all back in. You can try a hot sync by first moving your saved preferences file to another folder and see what happens.

In the back up folder on the desktop. If you have done a backup followed by a hard reset, try restoring without the saved preferences file in the backup folder - move it to another folder. That got me out of a problem a couple of years ago. Ben

use windows explorer to go into the computer. It is probably on the c drive, programs, palm one, backup, folder saved pref. just drag it to the desktop and try and sync. Remember where it was (folder) to drag it back if needed.
