How to transfer Memos from Palm Desktop ? When I open Palm Desktop...

1 - And create a new Memo... how do I transfer it onto my Treo 600?

2 - Shouldn't I see the files on my Treo when I open Palm Desktop?

3 - I thought Palm Desktop would allow me to create Treo type files on my PC and then put them onto the Treo... like Date, Address, ToDo, Memo, etc. AND also to allow me to look at the files on my Treo from my PC... Is this what Palm Desktop does?
