does anyone know how to change the ICON for treo 600? or programs that can help make this happen?

Are you talking about an app that will just change the standard icons like memo, calender ect on the palm stock launcher? I have never seen anything that can do that but if you use a 3rd party launcher such as Megalauncher you can change any applications icon that is displayed in the launcher whether it is a 3rd party or ROM application.

Silverscreen launcher will allow you to change icons and themes on the Treo.

But it won't allow you to change the built in icons.
