So, I own a T600, which I have set up to hotsync with Outlook. I've noticed that at times, memos would sync improperly between outlook and my t600, especially longer memos. However, these memos really aren't that big... maybe 20 lines of text. Subsequent hotsyncs don't fix the problem... the original "note" would still stay in my outlook, but i'd still have a blank "memo" in its place on my treo. does anyone know of any possible solutions?

Also, if anyone know of any good freeware palm memo replacements, i would really appreciate suggestions. I would highly prefer an ability to hotsync with my laptop, so one that uses the memo database would be awesome (although that might be the cause of my problems, so i'd appreciate suggestions that don't have that feature, too!).
