Palm get resets when I receive call

Hi

I am facing a serious issue, whenever I receives a call I try to answer by clicking the "Answer" button in the touch pad but the "Answer" button get freeze and the Palm get restes with "Palm Powered" display. I am unable to attend any calls.

Please advise me if any one encountered any problem similar to this and what was the solution. For your information I reset the palm including the "hard reset"

After the hard reset was done, did you resync the device? Ben

I did not understand the term "resync". Are you referring the "Sychronizing contacts and other personal data". Highly appreciate your quick reply.
