I finally got to put one of these beauty's in my hand today at a local Sprint store.
    Awesome!
I gotta have it, just not sure that I want a Sprint version.
The build quality is much better than the 270's and the software is much faster. The keyboard is much smaller than the 270/300's but I can see myself adapting quickly to it.
Navigating with the 5 way pad is definitely cool, could have used that on my 270. You really don't need the stylus. As a matter of fact about a half an hour into messing with the 600 I remembered to check out the stylus just to see it.
Well I can go on and on but if anyone has any questions fire away.

How's the resolution on the screen? Did you get a chance to use Blazer? What version is the new 600 running? Wondering how fast it is compared to the "old" generation.

The screen resolution is still 160 x 160 but it is much brighter then the 270/300. It seems to actually look smoother than the 270/300's screen even though it's the same resolution but probably because it is a little smaller and the pixels are tighter. I took it outside in the parking lot and faced it in the direct sunlight and it still looked pretty good. Again not great but much better then the previous models. I wasn't able to try blazer as this unit came right out of the box and wasn't provisioned yet. I'm gonna go back tommorrow and check it out as they were going to get it up and running. I really wanted to see Blazers 3.0 performance.
The new treo runs on OS 5.2.1H /144 MHz ARM processor. It's response time is much faster then OS 3.5 is. Selecting apps with the 5 way pad was instant!
