PRL Rev:0 Cant get a signal

I have a Treo 600 from verizon i managed to get hooked up onto bell mobility. Some bell person tried to put data services on it and soon after i lost my PRL, when I go to the phone info screen it shows my PRL rev as zero "PRL Rev:0". Since then my treo does not pick up a signal, I have tried firmware updates, i even got the verizon prl file 50018, but it doesn't change a thing, my prl rev is still zero, even getting the latest bell prl doesn't change anything. Am I using the software incorrectly? I have QPST 2.7, and the KPST program, in the service programming option i go to the Roam tab, and click on browse to add the PRL, but nothing happens. Can somebody please help

go to the phone hit menu go to options and select band and go to A or B it will say roaming that ok then *228

I tried that it did not work. When i switch bands, i still get no signal, and no signal means whenever i try to dial anything including *228 i get the dismiss or redial screen you get when you try to call and there is no signal, any help is welcome at this stage. thanks
