Is there a program i can get for pc which will allow me to make/edit ringtones for the treo 600?

hello to everyone, my friend just gave me his treo600 but i know now how to listen music from a SD card, so if someone can help me, i dont know which software i can used for it, and how to downloading it to the cellphone, or i just do it to here to my laptop, thanks
