I went to sprint.com and signed in and clicked on the "settings & Passwords" tab. Toward the bottom left of the screen there is a section "Phone Access" if you click on "Wireless Web Passcode" it will ask you to assign a password and it will auto update your phone with that password and your current sign on information. Sure enough 10 minutes later I got notification on my phone that it needed to be set up and a few minutes later I was on my way! w00t! |
I have the exact same problem...the previous owners name is under the PCS vision username. When I go to the phone access tab, there is no wireless web passcode tab. I'm right there with you...I'd rather plow through the net, wasting countless hours and do it on my own before I talk to someone and have them do it in 5 seconds.
