Treo 600 Hot SYNC software installation

Hello,

Two years back I have installed HOTSYNC software on 1 PC , due to PC problem I have stop using the hotsync .I have another PC with windows XP. when I started installing Hotsync software it's giving me error 2894 and doe s not proceed further. My PC is standalone PC mean does not connected to internet. Does Installation need internet to register any thing?

Please help me to resolve the installation problem.

I have renamed the riched20.dll but still I am having same problem, installation program give error 2894,126

Please advice me what to do next. I am not able to install any software on Treo. I am not able access any file from SD card otherwise I could have install any software using USB port.

Since I am not able to install Sync software is there any way to install treo software from SD card?
I have card reader using that I can copy data to SD card .

Or please suggest me any other way to install SYNC software on PC
