Treo 600 HotSync problem

Hi,

I tried to syncronize my treo with a PC, after the syncronization, I locked the keypad and the screen. When I turned on the keypad, on the screen appeard the HotSync application and I couldn't exit from it. I made a soft reset, but when I locked the keypad, after unlocking I encountered the same problem. I made a battery reset, but it didn't work. Please help me with some suggestions.

Sounds like you can at some point unlock the phone. If you can unlock the phone, disconnect the hotsync cable, disable the auto-lock (if it is enabled) and retry the sync.

The problem is much more complex. Even if i reset my treo (soft, battery reset), the hotsync appears all the time. So, when the display light is turning off or when i lock the keyboard, after releasing it, on the display appears the HotSync application and i can't use my keyboard until the next reset, but the touchscreen works.
My treo doesn't respond to hard reset.
