Treo cannot run startup application

I was so lucky to inherit my wife's Treo 600 she purchased while working out of Singapore. Here in Belgium (where we live now) I performed a hard reset on the Treo and had the SIM card of my cell phone inserted. The problem is I cannot have the startup application run. I get the following error message : " The startup application for this card cannot be run". Has anyone experienced the same problems ? Can anyone tell me what I should do to have this startup problem solved ? Many thanks for your help !

I have the error "Startup application for this card cannot be run". The card was from my old Palm 515. I have software on the card and most of the applications appear to work correctly. Any idea why this error message pops up?

Perhaps there is a application or utilty program needed by the 515, that isn't needed on the Treo? I'd mount the SD on your desktop and view the files.
