I purchased a used Treo 600 recently. I have service with T-Mobile. When I installed my old Sim card it would not access the network. A tech from TM told me the 600's had problems with Sim card not fitting properly. I should cut out a backing out of paper to place in the Sim card tray,

I did that and it now will receive the TM signal...BUT...It constantly drops calls and goes into wireless mode. It will also go into wireless mode by itself at random times. When I push the button to turn wireless on it then works fine...for awhile.

I read on this forum that the Treo may be performing soft resets by itself...that sounds likely, but what is the cure????
