    Default What browsers the best

I just got a treo 600. I have heard that the blazer browser is not the best one to deal with. What should I go get, don't want to spend too much money testing out different ones. I have a 128 mb card, so do give me something that is going to hog all my memory.

I disagree about Blazer not being the best. I think it's a very formidable browser. You could try Xiino. Not sure when this was last updated, but Eudora is another option.

so you think I should try blazer for a while instead of bogging my machine down with another browser program? I also heard about a opera program that was good. I am mostly worried about speed of browsing and easy of functions, like I heard that some browsers won't let you use the 5-way button.

Trying Xiino isn't a bad idea, once you've used Blazer. When you're done with the trial, you can always delete the app to free up space. It won't affect your day to day usage of your Treo unless you've installed a bunch of apps already.

I wouldn't waste any time with Eudora. I installed it today and it is pretty worthless. It's more like a front end for bookmarks then a web browser. I think it was on the Treo for a grand total of 5 minutes. I keep Xiino around in case I come across a site with frames but I use Blazer for everything else, I suggest you do the same.

Xiino is twice as fast as Blazer, and it makes better use of caching so you don't have to re-load pages constantly, even if you're only going back one page(which is the case with Blazer). Also you can choose to save pages to your memory card for offline viewing, if you so desire. It isn't perfect however, and Xiino occasionally has problems with password-encrypted sites(banks, for instance). I use Xiino 97% of the time, and only use Blazer on sites where Xiino comes up short. It's kinda like primarily using Firefox on your PC. You'll occasionally come across a site or a video or something that requires IE, and you'll be glad you have that on top of your almost-completely superior alternative browser.

    Informative Opera Mini

If the frequent reset problem in Opera Mini with Treo 650 could be solved, Opera would beat Blazer in my book, in that it does all Blazer does plus allows access to financial sites.
