WHOA, wtf is my 600 doing? I thought I fixed it!

OK. here goes: One day the ear speaker in the treo 600 died, a common problem apparently. It allowed me to talk just fine, but I could hear nothing. With a headset I could talk AND hear. Speaker phone was OK too. Then, the headset jack broke off inside the 600.......so I searched for a new internal ear speaker and found one at performancepda.com. I replaced the little ear speaker. Now I get ZERO! No internal, speaker, and obviously headset sound whatsoever. WTF did I do? I am out of warranty and like to fix these little things myself- I have torn into so many Treos and have usually been successful. Not this time. But then, it does hotsync still.....................:tongue:

Can someone give me a little guidance on this?
