2 phones syncing to one computer?

is there anything to indicate that i would have an issue syncing 2 different treo 650's to one computer?

do i need to load 2 separate discs and create 2 separate function icons?

No, after you install Palm Desktop, you create both usernames in Palm Desktop. When each 650 then does their hotsync, be sure you have chosen the correct username in the pull down box in the upper right corner of Palm Desktop. I believe you can sync up to 6 devices with Palm Desktop.

do i get to make the username, or do i have to use one already provided with the phone (i.e-the phone serial number...)

there is not a username provided with your phone; you get to creat it and insert it for use. Somewhere on the Palm Desktop toolbar is an option to creat new username. I am not at home right now so can't check.
