Mobi systems caused major install issues and very unstable. this is the mini office suite with word, spread sheat, database, mail and all. Newpen worked horible and uninstalled, but perhaps because I was afraid to remove the screen protector. Getting very comfortable with just using key pad....

At the sprint store in San Francisco on Mission St. One for me and one for the wife. So far so good. My only complaint is that the screwed up or something because my incoming calls are still going to my old nextel phones.

I'd be shocked if Verizon was shipping the 650 in November. It just doesn't make sense after they just released the 600. I wouldn't put too much faith in this rumor. Q1 and possibly Q2 sounds a bit more realistic.

It would seem to me, since they did it with treo 300 owners, that we'd get first crack at this (with a discount that is). Anybody hear anything? :confused:

Maybe it's just me, but my 600 has some major issues with sound, ie: speakerphone is useless, cannot hear the speaker unless its dead quiet where I'm at, and the ringers... you can hardly hear any of the ringers. The best one is the loudphone and even that one I have to turn on the vibrate also or...

I have read that Sprint is planning to begin shipping next month, since next month also happens to be next week, can we anticipate it that soon? I am holding off buying anything pending its release.

I thought the 650 was to have a 1.3 megpix camera instead of the same 0.3 megapixel that the 600 had. The Palmone site states it's the same. Anyone know if this is a typo or are we let down on this anticipated upgrade?

I am hearing that S-r-n- is not receiving the new 650 until mid to late November. The orgiginal date was October 25, 2004 and then it moved to November 5th... now mid to late November. :(
