So i just got my new treo and put in my memory card and the phone will not recognize it. my computer recognizes it and my old treo did but not this one

When I look at the call details of my incoming and outgoing calls, the only detail that shows up is the duration of the call. I used to have the name and number appear on the details but no longer. Has anyone had this happen and if so, what needs to be done to correct it? Is it a setting...
