    Default 4GB SD card for Treo 650

    How can I get the 650 to recognize a 4GB SD card? I know that you must format the card in the Treo and that is where it only gives you 2GB. Is there a work around for this limit?
    Sure want to use the 4GB for all my movies....

    Bad news. . . . The Treo will only recognize 2 gigs worth . . . There is a workaround coming for the 700P, and who knows, maybe this will filter down to the 650, but I doubt it . .

    You need a custom ROM with FAT32 support. It's not that scary - I've done it!

    Read everything you can first, and when you're ready, set aside a quiet half-hour to concentrate on the update. Make sure you do a hotsync/backup beforehand, just in case.
