Can't say that I've heard about this one too much yet. You didn't say whether you are using a GSM or CDMA Treo but if it's a GSM model make sure that your SIM card is properly seated. You may have a bad SIM. There is an issue with Cingular SIM's at the moment. If you have a 64k Gemstar SIM, I suggest that you loose it quickly. Cingular is aware of the issue and should be able to replace your SIM with either a 64k Axalto SIM (which may be hard to find at the moment) or you could go back to the older 32k SIM's until the problem gets fixed."If you have a 64k sim from Gemplus then you will have a rebooting problem. Go in and get the Axalto sim they should works. On the chip there is a six digit number left of the gold chip. If it ends with G it is bad. If it ends in A it is okay.
32k sims will work. This problem cause dropped calls and rebooting during calls etc."
I'm using the GSM 650.... and I was referring to my phone it's self cutting off. (it's not rebooting ) Just the phone it's self is cutting off on it's own.
After I made this post for some strange reason it stopped having this problem however I just found it wierd that the phone portion of the device would just shut off by itself.
