If it's Cingular, how do you know it's unlocked? The only ones who can unlock a Cingular phone is...well, Cingular.

Where did you purchase it from? Palm?

I have the same problem as yours.
I have ordered a sim card that is advertised as a 64K Tmobile card from Ebay at $5.00 and will replace my actual one with that.
I will let you know if it has worked good for me.
    I cross my fingers!

Just a thought . . You might want to check "Call Preferences". It very well could be the sim card, but if it isn't, make sure that you don't have your call preferences set to forward the call to another location. That would explain why you can call out but when incomming calls come in, you lose them . . .

A lot of Ebay Sellers buy brand new Cingular Phones, take it out the box and then unlock it and put it back in. I just purchased my phone from Ebay as well and it was an Unlocked Cingular phone (and I have T-Mobile). You know the phone is unlocked very easily, because as soon as you put your sim in, it would say something like invalid SIM.

    I don't think so.
As I mentioned in this thread http://www.everythingtreo.com/forum/...ions-9705.html , I tried other 32k tmobile sim cards on my treo and they were working good.

I have received today the new sim card that I bought on Ebay.
The sim card is prefectly identical to the sim card I already have.
Before using it, I need to understand what a 64K Tmobile sim card looks like:
take a look at the two pictures: the sim card #1 is the sim card that I have received from Ebay and I believe is the 32K.
The sim card #2 is the sim card I believe is the 64K.
I contacted the ebay seller and he wasn't able to confirm if the sim card he sold to me was a 32k or 64k sim even if he was advertising it as a 64K sim on ebay !!!
Anyone can help me with this issue ?
