650 Powers off Randomly and On Incoming Calls

when i got this phone it ok i put on The program that lets your view and edit microsoft documents and some other programs and i noticed it started powering off right as the screen showed "Incoming Call" then i would see it doing it randomly so i did a hard reset and it seemed fine for about a hour. I then only put one program back on there and its the program that came on the Treo CD that lets you see and edit micrsoft documents and it started doing it again. So i just did another hard reset and it seems ok now but has anyone ever heard of this problem before?

You might have a corupt doc in the program. Make sure you don't have any docs syncing and reinstall the program. If everything works then try and sync your docs to the treo.

If you are talking about DocsToGo, be sure to visit the DataViz site. There is an update to the program as well as a tool to install, DataViz Tech Tool. Try this link and do some reading. I am sure you will find a resolution.

I had the problem that any time I tried to open a document, the Treo would crash and this fixed it right up. No problems since.

i agree you must have installed a application which is causing this
it happened with me too but after i deleted the application it worked just fine
