If you are talking about DocsToGo, be sure to visit the DataViz site. There is an update to the program as well as a tool to install, DataViz Tech Tool. Try this link and do some reading. I am sure you will find a resolution.

I had the problem that any time I tried to open a document, the Treo would crash and this fixed it right up. No problems since.
