Default 650 screen won't turn on

Hey, my battery is fully charged. The light is blinking green, but my screen doesn't respond to anything. I've tried to call my phone from my friends phone and I hear it ringing then go to voice mail, but my phone doesn't ring. If anyone can help...Thanks!!

    Hi and welcome to ET:

    Two thoughts come to mind...

    1) A stuck key. Could be one key is stuck and that could prevent the screen from responding. Try pressing each individually to see if you get the distinct feeldback it is indeed pressing in and releasing or is it "dead".
    2) Dirt or grit under the edge of the screen. This can cause the device to think a tap is in progress. Use the corner of a business card and GENTLY slide under the housing and the edge of the screen and slide around the perimeter to free up anything caught.

NOTE: This could also be caused by a screen protector poorly placed or cut a bit too large aor even trapping a piece of dirt under it. If you have a screen protector installed remove to see if that helps.

If this doesn't help, give us a bit more detail like how long have you had it, did this just start, have you loaded any software recently, etc.

Let us know how it goes...

I am glad it worked for you.

Any thoughts on which issue it was exactly?

I used some computer paper around the edge, and that seemed to do the trick.
