i try CD and i Chang outlook and palm but didn't syn with outlook calendar contact

DO you have any error messages in your hotsync log? Right click on your HotSync Manager icon in the system tray, and go to View Log, then your hotsync id.

If you just want to add a Holiday manually, you can just enter it as an appointment and then, in the event detail screen, the click on time and choose "AllDay" in the Time screen.

I also go into the "Catagory" pulldown menu from the event detail screen and create a category (using Edit Catagories) called "Holiday" -- you only need to create it once, I set the color to red for holidays. The you can categorize the event as a holiday and you are all set.

You don't really need the CD. You can download the most critical components (the desktop and hotsync) from here.

Note, you will not get DocumentsToGo. There may be some games and other stuff on the CD, but the website has the important stuff.
