Help! I purchased a Treo 650 via Ebay 2 years ago. I never used it until recently. When I tried using it, I couldn't get the Home applications screen. The face was cracked when I purchased it but I was not aware of this problem. I paid $550. The seller is no longer with Ebay. I am not a Sprint customer. What can I do to fix the cracked screen?

Please give me a suggestion, any suggesstion. The jerk who sold the Treo made off with $550 and sold me a defective Treo.

In your Start menu, under PalmOne, there should be an option to switch to sync with Outlook.

i din't see any outlook In Start menu under PalmOne

Try running your install CD. You will be given an option to change the conduit from Palm Desktop to Outlook.

When the CD opens one of the choices you will be given is "Change Your Synchronization Method" Click on that and follow the instructions.
