    You're right, Benjie. I didn't have the problem until:
    1. I had attempted a hard reset to solve the keypad problem
    2. This didn't solve it, so I took the Treo apart to clean out the inside with compressed air. This fixed the keypad issue
    3. Before reloading the Treo, I checked the Palm site for updates since I had a fresh start and loaded the 1.05a upgrade as they recommended

    In the process of fixing one problem, I created another for myself. Both are now solved, thanks in large part to the help of you and SteveTaz. Thanks.
