Add new contact

I used to have a screen that popped up everytime I was finished calling someone who wasn't on my contact list. It would ask me if I wanted to add them to my contact list. I somehow deleted this feature, but I desperately want it back. Any ideas?

From the default dialer - the options - Phone Preferences I believe and down toward the bottom - this from the mind, the youngest has the phone on him.
