phone rings in keyguard mode. answer it by touching screen. talk. call ends.

"would you like to add this no. to contacts?" select yes. now have to unlock. option disappeared.

what SIMPLE step am i getting wrong?

(realise i can go to call log and get no. and then add it by hand)

I'd try taking keyguard off and see if that works. I bet that's what's going on.

That really stinks.

I'm sorry I couldn't help more. I've only had my Treo 650 from Verizon for about a month and I haven't had that problemo.

If I see any info. on it, though, I'll let you know.
