I really only use 5 or 6 of them.

Do what I do, move the ringers you don't use onto your card, and they are there is you want a change.

2.6mb is a good chunk of your available memory and if you aren't going to use a card-based ringtone manager to get all off your device, dollface's advice is good.

    You should consider it.

Default Recommendation for a lean file manager

Well, to move them out of the treo I guess I need to finally get a decent file manager. Never bothered about it. I am a bit frustrated about this app. centered file approach á la Mac. It made me wonder many times how much junk is left on the phone after installs and removals. Or maybe there is nothing left behind just because it's up to the apps and the OS to keep track of what's installed.

Any recommendations? I read about Filez in some thread...

Yes, just get FileZ, it is free and it is good.

I third or fourth FileZ. As for the problem of left over files, there are a couple (3 really that come to mind) that monitor the installation of applications and the baby files they create. Those applications after monitoring the installation of applications and the baby files they create, are then capable of deleting those applications and their baby files and keep the device about as clean as can normally be kept.
