Adobe Acrobat Problem

I have the Adobe Reader for Palm OS v 3.05 loaded on my 650.

I can no longer get it to read pdf documents. Here's what happens:

I have received a pdf document through versamail. I click on the pdf and respond Yes to accept the pdf in Acrobat Reader. Sometimes I'm asked to save the pdf document to my memory card. I click Yes to this as well.

I then receive the message "Failed to receive beamed document" or something else like that. I am not trying to receive a beamed document at all. I've also seen a corrupt database message after the failed to receive a beamed document.

When I open the Acrobat Reader manually on my Treo, I only have 2 choices BEAM or DELETE. I cannot access pdf files that may be on my Treo to try to open them.

I have downloaded the Reader for Palm OS from Adobe and reloaded it on my Treo.

Anyone have a clue as to what is the problem?

Adobe Acrobat for Palm is trash, nothing more. It just does not work reliably. Try using PalmPFD or Documents to Go. Ben

I figured that Adobe for Palm would be much superior to PalmPDF. WRONG!

Ok, I deleted the Acrobat program and installed Palm PDF. It works great. Thanks for your help.

PalmPDF is definitely the better app. It also gives you the option to move it to your SD card.
