Always Restarting, cannot work

Few days ago, I actually tried to copy one software from Palm 680 to my Palm 650. After finish the copying, my 650 start to restarting. Then I open my battery form it and again put the battery. But still It reastarting. I cannot use till now. Please tell me how to solve this continous reastarting problem. And I am afraid of losing my important contacts and other necessary information form my Palm 650. Please please tell me the way. My e-mail: gmmahbuba@huawei.com

I slove the problem, by hard Reset. And after then I synchronizing with my PC. Then get all the information again.

When you resync the device after a hard reset, you bring the problem right back. What you can do to minimize the problem is to reinstall one-at-a-time the applications you use and run them for a bit to determine if there is a problem. A better answer though is to look at a different device. The 650 is not a reliable device. The Centro, 755P and similar devices are much better.
