am I the only one to have to wait 4 to 7 secs to launch app?

Or do everybody find this to be Ok to have to wait such a long time to see the treo 650 react ?

Same when an alarm rings and you have to wait up to 10 seconds (or even more) to see the alarm dialog and finally know what was the ring about ?

Please let me know if I should have my treo replaced or if everybody has the same problem

I don't have this problem at all. Sounds like you may have a thrid party app that is bogging down your system. What apps do you have?

I guess you're right

I did a hard reset and dont have the problem anymore

I'll have to reinstall all apps one by one then (unless you already can tell me what app is the problem)

I came from a T3 and the normal hotsync process reinstalled all the apps

is there somewhere a list of incompatibilities to treo 650 (unlocked)

Well some of them I've never even heard of but either way I would do a clean install one at a time. You can use this as a guideline:

Thanks again, this is the list I was looking for

• So I just did a hard reset,
• then rename archive and backup folders on desktop
• hotsync
• and reinstall main apps
• testing reactions in between each install....
