Any Increased Memory for Treo 650?

I have used up just about all of my memory on my Treo 600(used almost 22k of 24k) due to games, business applications installed etc.

Does the Treo 650 come with the same amount of memory? I thought they would increase this!! Not good!

By the way, if anyone knows if I can install games, business apps etc on my external card and then run them, maybe I can uninstall some games, apps from the internal memory...? Please give me a good tip to free up memory internally!
