Any way to monitor Download and/or upload speeds?

Hey all -

Is there a way to check the overall download speeds that my Treo has? I am quite curious as to what I actually receive.

I hope no one minds me posting here. It seems there is a better response under the main 650 board.

I have no intentions to actually pay for software. I don't really care that much. I am just hoping to find some nice freeware program.
