    Default Ask for advice

    I am on an international assignment traveling frequently among the States, Sweden, and China. I wonder whether anyone could offer advice on which smartphone I should use, treo, blackberry, or else? I am new to wireless world so I have to start with very basics. Thanks.

    Default Which Phone?

    From my limited experience - any GSM phone which is quad band will do (850/900/1800/1900). Too, using international roaming, while helpful, is double expensive. A better alternative (though cumbersome for some) is to buy a local SIM card from the countries you often travel to. Just change cards and you should be able to use your phone in that country. I stand corrected.
