Antoine, I loved Tiny Stock's Weather Manager until I tried Treo Alarm! Much more detail and the ability to turn the radio on/off with each alarm really won me over. I ended up uninstalling my purchased Weather Manager, and was going to buy Treo Alarm when I found the little blurb at the web site. Please let us know what you think of the app. I really enjoy it both for the alarms and the weather info.

Also, download the "Blue" icons to put with it. Really nice icons for the application!

I got my TreoAlarm registered for free! Thanks Stillrockin'. Once I got their correct email address, they were very helpful and responded almost immediately to my questions. Unbelieveable support!

You make a convincing argument there to at least try it out. The kicker for Weather Manager isnt so much the weather, but the maps (love looking at those) and the integration with Facer. If TreoAlarm could meet Weather Manager in that plugin capacity (I'd be able to deal with the map piece as there are other weather mapping programs and sites that use the same NOAA maps), then I would have no qualms with switching completly.

Off to download TreoAlarm, the rock still convinced me

Still Rockin, you convinced me to try it and I left my thoughts at MMM. Tis nice, missing a plugin for Facer (I know I am in the minority there, but it would be so good to not always have to open a program to scroll for weather a few days away). Thanks again for the headsup.

I'm with Chris, the sites are looking great. I've thought about blogging, but with everything I have going on these days, I think updates would be few and far between. It's nice to see blogs put to a useful purpose rather than the "look at how tough my life is" blogs that seem to dominate the community.

I actually have a list on Handy Shoppr called "Blog Topics". Lots of time, through daily activities, something will go off in my head as something I would like to "journal" about. I jot it down to remind me when I go to compile my thoughts. Then, usually on Saturday mornings, with a warm cup of coffee, I sit down, look at my list, and type out my thoughts and opinions . . . . .

And kreth I agree, nice information, very useful sites, and in the case of Hulagirl, just lots of fun . . . Hulagirl's Pop incident was just downright pitiful however. . . . She is crazy if she is wanting me to come visit her and her family for 6 weeks!
