audio problem

need ur help guys,

am a treo 650 user for almost 3 years now, i have volumecare in my treo for a year now ( i think) i am happy with these software, just 2 days ago i experienced a problem, the mp3 that in my sd card is playing but i can't hear anything, even when a person calls me there is no tone! though in my setting/prfernces everything seemd to be working fine, i even have ringo there and its working fine for years, what i did now is to switch my ringing tone to those tone that are preinstalled in my treo and it works..

what seems to be the problem?is it volumecare/ real player? or ringo?

any help will be truly appreciated..

I would look at the third party software first. Disable or remove them one at a time and see what is causing the problem. Then reinstall one at a time. Have any of those subscriptions expire?

i bought the ringo online. but the real player is preinatlled with my treo.. so what do suggest i remove my ringo? aw geez i dnt think i have the unlocking numbers for that how am i going to reinatll it? any suggestions? how to remove real player?

Mother Nature will not let you uninstall Real Player. Not even father nature. The reason why Mr. and Mrs. Nature (I am a conservative) will not let you delete Real Player is because they made its home in ROM.

oh okay then so i will have to uninstall ringo is that it? then reinstall it again? how bout my porblem with my real player?

Before you uninstall Ringo, let's narrow this down a little. I don't use Ringo (I use mRing), but I assume there's an option to preview ringtones. Can you hear them then?
