Backing up, but not syncing

I am trying to sync a Treo 650 to a PC with XP Professional installed. Whenever I attempt to sync, none of my calendar, contacts, tasks or notes get updated in either direction, but it appears that all of my data is backing up. This is what the HotSync log looks like:

Anyone have any ideas as to how I can get the data to sync?

Unfortunately OLERR errors are quite common. I resolved my most recent one by backing up my data then erasing my Treo files and letting the pc override them. It usually is a sign that your database is corrupted. For other useful info try doing a google of "OLERR palm".
