This happens to me all of the time on my 650 but not the 700p/w's. After running through four
new 650's early on on unrelated issues
(replaced by Sprint at no charge with new devices), I decided to just live with it and pull out the battery whenever that occurs. However, if I receive a call prior to this it will reset on its own. The battle to have them replace my phone under the manufacturer's/Sprint warranty just wasn't worth it any longer as it wore me down and increased my blood pressure.
Here are a few questions for you: What type of resets are you performing in an attempt to rectify the issue (i.e. Soft or hard)? How long have you had your Treo? Which carrier are you with? Do you have their insurance and/or equipment protection program in place at this time?
By answering the above I might be able to assist you in this matter should you wish to pursue an actual solution. I have had my device in for diagnostics testing and there is supposedly nothing wrong with it. Rrrrrriiiight! Be it your car or computer, if would only act up when THEY have it in their possession.
Anyone else on this?
