Default blue tooyh headset audio file/phone

At a couple of stores they offered to order a bluetooth headset that will work with your phone and to play audio files from your player. Evidently some headsets only work with your phone and some do both the phone and player. Price was around $150.00 is that a good price? Is there an easy search to find the dual purpose headset?

Just checked the manual on the treo and it says the treo does not support bluetooth audio. bummer

Default I've tried audio over BT with no success...

I feel your pain and can't understand why these amazing devices(600/650/700W) aren't unteathered for our complete enjoyment. However, in my quest to listen to music and take phone calls, I've come across a very cool (though not so sleek) BT headset from Motorola. It is the HT820. It is a little bulky looking, but lightweight and performs very well as a stereo BT heaset for making and taking phone calls. I bought it on eBay and love it (+/- $100). The biggest benefit is that it provides audio in both ears! There are a few others on the web from China/Taiwan and the only one I've sampled had terrible performance. I also ordered a BT unit with dual ear pods and a memory/FM tuner/call manager box that is coming from China anytime (I hope). If interested, I'll update you on performance of that unit. Apparently it is a BT MP3 player that will allow you to talk on the phone when a call comes in. Again, +/-$100, but seems like a super widget.

    All the best,

If it will allow to listen to audio and answer the phone I am very interested. From your post your current bt headset just works on the phone not audio??

I am VERY interested in this scenario - using a Bluetooth 'headset' which works for both making/receiving calls and playing mp3 files in quality stereo. Please keep me/ us posted....
    Thanks!
