which type of bluetooth do i have? 1.1 or 1.2?

any recommended headsets to use? ones that work better than others?

I believe it is 1.1. I used a Plantronics Discovery 640 that I never had trouble with for three years. Bluetooth was very up and down for many on the 650 though so you may have to try several.

I do know the range of BT coverage was very poor, but I never used much outside the car. I had no need to walk around the house or office and leave the phone on a desk so coverage range was always good for me.
