Bluetooth and updating issues

I don have the usb connection so Im using bluetooth. I can hotsync without a problem but when I try to update, my bluetooth connection gets lost.
My firmware is 01.31 software Treo650-1.15-OUK
Im trying to update to Treo650-1.20-OUK

If an update cant b done with a bluetooth connection is the any other alternative?

Oh I just remembered that I read somewhere that u could do an update with an external card(just dont remember where), if this is possible how do I do it?
